PRIVACY POLICY

The Ontario Municipal Leadership Institute is committed to protecting ensuring that the personal information of its members, employees, volunteers, trainers, facilitators, clients and other stakeholders is accurate, confidential, secure, private and meets the spirit and terms of the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We value those we deal with and personal information collected will not be used for any unrelated purpose without the prior consent of the individual. Questions regarding the collection or use of personal information should be directed to OMLI at info@omli.ca

TERMS CONDITIONS

On-Site Training & Coaching

The Ontario Municipal Leadership Institute provides on-site training and coaching services. For more information about our on-site training workshops, customization of workshops and or for individual or coaching sessions, please contact registrar@omli.ca

Where noted in workshop fee registrations, all program materials, morning and afternoon refreshments during breaks and light lunches are provided.

OMLI does not provide for travel and or accommodation to registrants.

Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds

The Ontario Municipal Leadership Institute reserves the rights to limit, cancels, adjust or relocate workshops if necessary.

All workshops will be cancelled if they do not meet minimum registration requirements prior to the start date of the workshop. Should this occur OMLI will make every effort to contact all registrants in advance of a cancellation, however, we do not assume responsibility for any expenses incurred (ie: travel, mileage, hotel, babysitting etc.) if you arrive for a workshop which has been cancelled and or rescheduled.

A full refund or credit or equal value will be issued for all workshops cancelled by OMLI.

If a facilitator and or coach is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, another facilitator or coach of equal ability may be substituted. OMLI reserves the right to cancel or change the date or location of its workshops. OMLI’s responsibility will, under no circumstances, exceed the amount of the fee collected.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds will be issued to only those who provide written notice with the official receipt to our office via email, fax or letter to the attention of OMLI fifteen (15) or more business days in advance of the start date of the training in which case a full refund will be provided less a $100 administration charge.

A non-refundable credit of equal value for any future OMLI workshop will be provided should OMLI receive a withdrawal between five (5) to fourteen (14) business days in advance of the start date of the training. Credits are transferable within the same organization and are valid for up to one year from the initial transaction date.

OMLI is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable travel arrangements or accommodation or any associated cancellation/change fees.

To avoid any potential fees or charges, please call to confirm that the workshop is running prior to confirming any travel arrangements and or accommodations.
