She holds a Combined Honours Degree in Economics and Law and boasts a diverse range of certifications including Certified General Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Internal Controls Auditor, Certified Construction Auditor, Microsoft Information Technology Certified Professional, and Project Management Professional.

Tammy also has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma, holding certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Master in Financial Services.
