PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
This is an intensive program which encompasses 10 months of online bi-weekly training and a project.
GREEN BELTS promote Lean and Six Sigma, continue to learn, and to use their tools and techniques with guidance from Black Belts and others.
Certified Lean Six Sigma GREEN BELTS possess a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). They understand how to perform and interpret Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean.
YOU WILL LEARN:
GREEN BELT training focuses on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. This training has been designed to fit the needs of Government/Public Sector Agencies using hands-on activities and presentations.
GREEN BELT Training is an intensive exposure in the hands-on use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
Participants will learn a data-driven methodology to help make real and positive changes on their processes. After this program, participants can facilitate the use of;
Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping, and methodology-based problem solving.
The program includes the walkthrough of all D-M-A-I-C Phases with a specific project: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
VIRTUAL PROGRAM INCLUDES: 20 Online Sessions + Project
Our comprehensive GREEN BELT program includes 10 months (70+ hours) of online bi-weekly live sessions, with unlimited access to trainer and customer service support.
Interactive program delivered using GoToTraining platform, video conferencing check-ins, quizzes, polls, all course materials, exam and relevant project.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Government/Public Sector Employees interested in leading or participating in continuous improvement projects in their department and/or across the organization and/or a desire to better understand the tools and concepts of LEAN Six Sigma.
VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY:
GoToTraining + GoToWebinar + virtual “whiteboarding” technology that allows us to undertake worldwide collaboration and focus groups.
